Who doesn't like the law can file a <a href="http://www.smartrules.com/states/California/Contra-Costa-Superior/Reconsideration-Oppositions-13-51-529.html" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://www.smartrules.com/states/California/Contra-Costa-Superior/Reconsideration-Oppositions-13-51-529.html">motion for reconsideration</a>.
