Who doesn't like the law can file a &lt;a href="http://www.smartrules.com/states/California/Contra-Costa-Superior/Reconsideration-Oppositions-13-51-529.html" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://www.smartrules.com/states/California/Contra-Costa-Superior/Reconsideration-Oppositions-13-51-529.html"&gt;motion for reconsideration&lt;/a&gt;. I for one agree with the law and it has reason behind it.
